Frank joins the MFNC fresh from coaching experience at the Cobram Football Netball Club.
With our 2023 Reserves Coach appointed and training commencing last week, the call has gone out to current and prospective players to get along to the Cattery as we begin our 2023 campaign.
Currently training MONDAY & WEDNESDAY nights until Wednesday 14 December.
Good news for those lads wishing to play seconds footy in 2023 - the 2km time trial was run last Wednesday. See you on the Trevaskis Oval at the back of the works depot on Monday!
