A large gathering of the faithful enjoyed a long awaited catch up in the Sir Ian McLennan Centre on Friday 12 November for an indoor picnic forced by the inclement weather.
The first club social gathering since the snap end of the 2021 Home & Away Season!
First to arrive, Club Stalwarts Merv & Pam Cormick! Joined promptly by a steady flow of netballers, coaches, supporters, footballers, committee members, sponsors and members. Those in attendance braved the wet outdoor conditions, bringing their fish n chips, pizza, picnics (or bumping eats from those that did!)
The evening was an opportunity for President Bill Dowling to thank everyone for the season, conducted under challenging covid-19 restrictions, announce our Best & Fairest Award Winners & Runners Up and urge the Mooroopna community to BE ONBOARD FOR 2022!
Award winners collected their trophies, posed for the camera and the formalities were done.
